The sticker the sentiment is on, is fabric by Mrs Grossman's (very old). I cut the edges with my paper trimmer from Provo Craft thatcame with my Your Story machine.

I used a blending tool to apply Antique Linen distressing ink on the die cut while still in the die. I love the shadowing effect it gives.

Chalk tutorial with stickers

Link up your chalk creation Chalk-Ah-Lot Cafe's Challenge #20 HERE. The theme is Leaves

Today I am going to share with you a little technique I did using powdered chalk and some clear epoxy stickers.

I found these stickers at dollar store and thought how cool would it be to make them a color that I was working with.

I wanted to use the sticker for the center of my flower. So I dug out this Gem powdered chalk.

I flipped the sticker over to expose the sticky side and tossed some powdered chalk on it.

From there I need more coverage and decided to get out the Glossy Accents by Ranger. Just I little bit on the back of the sticker. A little goes a long way.

Then I spread it out with my Creative Memories all purpose tool and added more chalk.

I then placed the sticker in the center of my flower on this card.

The corner stamp is J915 and can be found HERE.
Powdered chalk can be purchased at powderedchalk.com

Other supplies used:
label by Elle's Studio
sentiment sticker by EK Success
flowers by Oriental Trading Co
patterned paper by My Mind's Eye
ink by Tsukineko

Thinking of you card

I made this card to sell at one of the stores that my cards sell at. I really love the way the die cut paper came from a summer/beach themed paper pack and I was able to tame it down for a thinking of you card.
The cardstock is from Hobby Lobby and the patterned paper by DCWV. The die cut was cut out using the Cricut but I'm not sure which cartridge. I want to say CTMH Art Philosophy. I have been using that one a ton lately. The ribbon is by Stampin Up and embossing folder by Provo Craft using my Cuttlebug. The stamps are by Fiskars and Stampington and Co, inks by Versa Mark and Ranger Industries and embossing powder by Stampendous.

Bee happy card

I made this card using the Cricut cartridge Just Because Cards for the sentiment. I then adhered it to vellum and ran it through my Xyron machine. The hexagon shapes were punched out using a Creative Memories punch. The bee stickers are from a long time ago by Susan Branch for Colorbok. I placed a what I call a bubble sticker over it. It's a yellow tinted epoxy sticker in the shape of a circle. It really makes the bees look bigger in real life. The ribbon is by Pebbles. The inside of the card reads "It's your birthday".

Thanks for stopping by.
